So, about a half hour ago, I induced myself to vomit for the first time in my life. I left work today around lunchtime with crazy stomach pains and have been writhing around in nauseous agony ever since.

It seemed pretty obvious that I needed to throw up, but my body was just not making it happen. So, in my delirium, I just decided I needed to force the issue.

The experience was horrendous, but man do I feel better now. So far, I've hurled more in 2010 than I have in the previous 8 years, or thereabouts. If only the Bhtch Book of Records was built...
